Matt Hilker, Founder & CEO
If the streets of Altruism and Analytics were to ever intersect, Matt would be waving at us from the corner. In ten years of professional experience, Matt has worked providing data-driven marketing/social media strategy, spent three years leading the non-profit Minnesota Cup, and two more as the board treasurer of the Kingfield & Fulton Farmers Market in South Minneapolis. Not bad.
Matt earned his Bachelors of Arts in Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas, and followed that up with a MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Most recently, Matt served as a Senior Manager of Magnet 360’s Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud practice, where he consulted with companies of all sizes and in many different industries on data-driven marketing and social media strategies.
As an avid hiker, golfer, and frequent visitor of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, Matt would spend his entire life outdoors if it were socially acceptable. He and his wife Laura love to support the local farmers markets and gather fresh ingredients for their kitchen, the one location that Matt is willing to venture inside to spend time. Stop by sometime, he’d be more than willing to share a bottle of his latest homebrew.
